Do I need a gym membership to work with you?
No. I design your plan around the equipment you actually have — whether that's a full commercial gym, a home setup, or just a pair of dumbbells and a mat. The plan fits your life, not the other way around.
I had a baby recently. Is it really safe for me?
Postpartum women are the heart of my practice. I'm certified in pre- and postnatal training and every postpartum client gets a specific rebuild phase — pelvic floor, core restoration, mobility — before we load anything heavy. You don't push through, you rebuild on purpose.
How is this different from a free plan on Instagram?
Free plans are generic and you still have to do the hard part alone. This is built around your body, your schedule, your history. Plus form reviews, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me when life hits. Most women don't need more information — they need someone who watches.
Do you cater to dietary restrictions or preferences?
Absolutely. Your nutrition plan is built around what you eat, what you can't eat, and what you'll actually cook. Vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, Latino-household staples — we make it work.
How much does coaching cost?
Coaching is application-only, and we talk pricing on the clarity call once I know you're a fit. That's on purpose — I want to make sure we're right for each other before either of us commits. If it's not a fit, I'll say so on the call.
How long before I see results?
Most women feel different by week 3, see visible changes by weeks 6–8, and hit real transformation around 12 weeks. The Inspire Method is built in phases — we don't chase fast results, we build ones that last.
What if I'm not a mom?
Welcome. Postpartum is my specialty but not my only lane. The Method works for any woman ready to train with intention. Roughly half my clients aren't moms.
What's expected of me?
Honesty, effort, and communication. You tell me when life gets hard — we adjust. You don't ghost for a week and come back embarrassed. This is a partnership.
Can I do this with a full-time job and kids?
Yes — that's exactly who I build plans for. Workouts range from 25–60 minutes, depending on your time. Nutrition is built around your real schedule. If I built something you can't sustain, that's my problem, not yours.
What happens after 12 weeks?
Most women continue — we move into Phase 3 (Rise) where you coach yourself more and more with me in the wings. Some graduate. The goal is never dependence — it's autonomy.
