Plain English version: I collect only what I need to coach you — your contact info, your quiz answers, and some anonymous analytics about how you use the site. I don't sell your data. You can ask me to delete it anytime by emailing inspireonlinecoaching@gmail.com.

Who we are

Inspire Fitness ("Inspire," "we," "us," "I") is an online fitness coaching practice operated by Mayra Villarreal. Contact: inspireonlinecoaching@gmail.com.

What we collect

Quiz answers — your fitness goals, stage of life, training level, time availability, obstacles, and training environment.
Contact info — first name, email address, and optionally phone number and Instagram handle.
Communication records — messages you send me through the site, email, or the Inspire app.
Analytics data — anonymous page-view info, device type, browser, and how you interact with the site (collected via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, only if you consent).
Marketing data — conversion events and ad attribution (collected via Meta Pixel, only if you consent).
Booking data — when you book a clarity call, Calendly collects your name, email, time zone, and scheduled time.

How we use it

To send you your personalized plan direction and the welcome email.
To follow up about coaching — email only, unless you specifically consent to texts.
To schedule and prepare for your clarity call.
To improve the site by looking at anonymized analytics.
To measure which marketing channels bring women to Inspire (only with consent).

Who we share it with

We share only what's required to provide these services, and never sell your data. Third parties that process data on our behalf:

GoHighLevel — stores your quiz answers, contact info, and communication history.
Calendly — handles call scheduling.
Google Analytics 4 — anonymous site analytics (only with consent).
Microsoft Clarity — anonymous heatmaps and session recordings (only with consent; excludes form field content).
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Conversions API — marketing attribution (only with consent; personal identifiers are hashed before transmission).
Cloudflare — hosts the website and processes requests through their network.

Cookies and consent

The site uses three cookie categories:

Essential — required for the site to work (e.g., quiz progress, cookie preferences). Always on.
Analytics — Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity. Optional.
Marketing — Meta Pixel. Optional.

You can change your choices anytime by clicking the small cookie icon in the lower-left of any page.

Your rights

You have the right to:

Know what data we have about you.
Ask for a copy of it.
Correct anything that's wrong.
Ask us to delete it. Email inspireonlinecoaching@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days.
Withdraw consent for analytics or marketing cookies at any time.
Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

How long we keep it

Quiz and contact data is kept for 3 years after your last interaction with Inspire, then deleted or anonymized. Client coaching data is kept as long as you're a client plus 7 years after (for record-keeping). Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, strict security headers, and environment variables for all secrets. We never hardcode keys or transmit sensitive data in plain text. That said, no online system is perfectly secure — if you notice something weird, please tell us.

Children

Inspire is intended for adults (18+). If you're under 18, please don't submit any personal information. If you're a parent and believe your child has submitted info, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes are communicated by email to active clients.
