Why I don't publish pricing.

Inspire is 1:1. Every client takes hours of my time every week. That means I take on a small number of women per month — usually four — so I can give every one of you the coaching you deserve.

Pricing, timelines, and specifics come on the clarity call, once I know you're a fit. If you're not, I'll say so on the call — no pitch, no pressure. I'd rather be right than be your coach.

What women ask next.

How long is the initial commitment?
12 weeks minimum — that's how long the Method takes to complete Phase 01 and Phase 02. After that, most women continue monthly; some graduate into autonomous training with monthly check-ins. We talk about options on the call.
Do I need the app to work with you?
Yes. The app is how I deliver your plan, track your progress, and stay in contact with you. It works on any phone and every client gets full access as part of coaching.
What if I get pregnant during coaching?
We adjust. I'm a certified pre- and postnatal coach — pregnancy doesn't end coaching, it changes it. You get a safe, cleared-by-your-doctor plan through pregnancy and into rebuilding.
Is this only for women?
Yes. Inspire coaches women. That's on purpose — specialization is what makes the coaching work.
Can I pause coaching if life goes sideways?
Yes. Life happens. Kids get sick, travel happens, injuries happen. We talk and we adjust the plan — pausing, lightening, or restructuring — based on what you need.
Do you do in-person coaching?
All coaching is online — that's how I can work with women across time zones and be available between sessions. Most women find this more convenient than in-person.
What's your refund policy?
If you do the work and don't see change in your first 12 weeks, I'll coach you free for another 4. I've never had to — and I won't hide it if you ask on the call.
